This years theme is \u201cDo you see me?\u201d which is all about people with a learning disability being seen, heard and valued in all aspects of life.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<h1>\n          Be Seen<br \/>\n        <\/h1>\n<h1>\n          \u3030\ufe0f<br \/>\n        <\/h1>\n<h1>\n          Be Heard<br \/>\n        <\/h1>\n<h1>\n          \u3030\ufe0f<br \/>\n        <\/h1>\n<h1>\n          Be Valued<br \/>\n        <\/h1>\n<h1>\n          \u3030\ufe0f<br \/>\n        <\/h1>\n<h1>\n<p>        Be Seen \u3030\ufe0f Be Heard \u3030\ufe0f Be Valued \u3030\ufe0f <\/p>\n<\/h1>\n<figure>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"1328\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/61645e1df492555168e512de\/d1020972-32e7-4a1a-8ed9-78efa8f07de5\/Media+%2887%29.jpg?format=2500w\" width=\"1770\"\/><figcaption>\n<p><strong>The Reach Out Group<\/strong><br \/>\nToday, on June 17th, the Reach Out group held a fantastic meeting with the Working in Partnership Learning Disability Board. This meeting provides a valuable platform for individuals with learning disabilities to share their insights on topics they have direct experience with, including accessing healthcare, travel training, and a variety of other important issues.Brain (middle) says: \u201cI love meeting new people from around the area and knowing that the views I share are valued and heard.\u201dDi (left) says:  \u201cThe meetings are really interesting and I learn lots every time I attend them.  The group makes it easy for me to understand each topic and if I ever feel worried or anxious, the group is there to support me.Russell (right) says: \u201cI get to share my experiences with lots of different people and I always feel listened too and respected.  The meetings are always very informative.  I love being in a different environment, meeting new people and knowing that by sharing my experiences, I\u2019ll be making a difference to my community.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"1299\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/61645e1df492555168e512de\/aec013c1-faf5-4113-b9f3-3091d95ce2da\/Captured+photo+%2810%29.jpg?format=2500w\" width=\"1299\"\/><figcaption>\n<p>Nick<br \/>\nI like to cook with Victoria.  She makes me happy and she listens to me.  We have good conversations!If people didn\u2019t listen to me I just think they\u2019re ignorant. It makes me happy and excited to come to Pathway and spend time with my friends.  Staff ask us what activities we would like to do and this makes me feel included.My mental health would really go down if I didn\u2019t feel valued or listened to.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"1148\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/61645e1df492555168e512de\/20e0e9d6-c11f-40bf-88d5-7fa960453806\/Media+%2884%29.jpg?format=2500w\" width=\"1148\"\/><figcaption>\n<p>Janet<br \/>\nI wouldn\u2019t feel good if people didn\u2019t listen to me or they ignored me.I think everybody should be heard because everybody has something to say.We don\u2019t have to agree on everything, and that\u2019s okay.
